The Start: 09 August 2026

So you probably wondering why there is a picture of me and Jesus and why this blog is called The Testament Of Craig, well I just wanted to make it seem somewhat holy and interesting. I am just going to be blogging about my days and this lion drawing project and whatever I feel like talking about here.

I have drawn 5 lions now altogether and I am not getting tired of drawing this lion yet. I have not sold any drawings yet, but it is still early, if I cannot sell them I will have an exhibition at my local art gallery when I have about 50 drawings and try sell them there. I am also going to enter a lion drawing into the end of year exhibition at my local art gallery at the end of this year. It is the end of the weekend now and I am just thinking of ways to make cash, I thought about getting back into software development and selling through the Microsoft Store, but every idea I have never generates any money, my best bet is just to go hard with the Durrheim Luxury Lion Factory project. I am sure I will get more traction once I have drawn about twenty lions, but I am scared people will get tired of me posting the same thing, but every lion does come out unique so it is pretty cool to see.

I will keep this first blog post short, but I see you from around the world looking at this website from United States to Finland, so welcome, let us take this journey together and I hope you will also become a collector and see how many of my lions you can eventually own. I am curious to see who will eventually become the biggest collector. It could be a kid who hardly has any money who starts to buy my collection cheaply from the very beginning and he keeps them for a long time then the prices eventually take off and he is set for life, or a mega wealthy individual may become my biggest collector as he may buy the collection up after the price increases and may have a steady control over the collection, it is first come first serve to buy though, so whoever wants to take a speculative risk come buy a lion. I created this project with the inspiration of Pokemon and luxury art, it is all the same subject though, so there it becomes an expirement to see what the final lion will look like compared to the first one in the collection called The Genesis. So I really hope you enjoy this project and it becomes something that is very interesting.
